This four-week course delves into the wilderness as a complex symbol of both pain and provision, disobedience and divine encounter, struggle and grace. We will look at both Old and New Testament and consider how the symbolism of the wilderness evolves as God's people continue to reflect on their experiences in the world, together as a community, and with God. This course offers us an opportunity to reflect on our own experiences as communities of faith and to be open to meeting God in surprising places.
