This 3-week course will explore how the Psalms address the deepest aspects of “life before God. We begin with the questions the Psalms ask—of us and our world, and of the mystery of God.
This 3-week course will explore how the Psalms address the deepest aspects of “life before God. We begin with the questions the Psalms ask—of us and our world, and of the mystery of God. Then we examine how the Psalms continually move between the lamentable and the praiseworthy. We conclude by focusing on specific Psalms that are both a “mirror’ ad a lamp” to every generation of those who pray and sing these biblical poems.
Continuing Education Units (CEU) are available for this course. There is a processing fee of $25.00, and an Award Letter will be issued once the course has been completed. Please add the CEU Processing Fee at checkout.
